This is the Minidoka Damn in the spring of 2009 when water levels were reaching high levels. The normal flow for this time of year is around 5,000(cfs) and when this photo was taken the flow was at 14,000(cfs). For those who live on the river in the Burley/Rupert sometimes see their back yard partially under water.
