Blue Angels Will Fly Over Southern Idaho

The world-famous aerobatic team, the Blue Angels, will descend on Southern Idaho July 26-27. As ambassadors of good will for the U.S. Armed Forces, the Blue Angels perform their exhilarating choreographed aerobatics in front of 15 million spectators and receive hundreds of requests to fly at air shows around the world each year. Having them visit Twin Falls is a singular event.

Since 1946, the Blue Angels have been wowing huge crowds with fast-paced precision maneuvers, including the popular four-plane Diamond Formation and the six-jet Delta Formation.
But that’s not all – the Air Show will also feature accomplished aerobatic pilot Jacquie B., Mig Fury Fighters, and the Air Force F-16 Demo Team. A large collection of Warbirds and static display of planes will be available for an up-close look. The Navy is bringing its Accelerate Your Life trailer for families to enjoy.

Gates open at 9:30 a.m. on each day, with flying starting at 11:30 a.m. The organizers ask that you leave coolers and pets at home, but to bring chairs, cameras and sunscreen.
Tickets cost: Individuals $15 in advance, $20 at the gate; Seniors $10 in advance, $15 at the gate; Family pass (includes two adults and children under 18) $60.
