Glanbia Foods‘ whey processing facility in Richfield, Idaho is one of the largest dedicated whey processing plants in the United States, producing 18 million pounds of dairy ingredients annually. Our Richfield facility pioneered the development of cross-flow microfiltration (CFM®) technology that produces a highly-purified, source of whey protein, Provon® whey protein isolates. Glanbia Foods Richfield also produces TruCal®, a balanced combination of milk calcium and other minerals that is extracted from whey.
