Do you have a great story just waiting to be written? Have you thought about writing a memoir but don’t know how to get started?

Community members interested in writing nonfiction, including memoirs, personal essays, and humor, are invited to enroll in English 293 Creative Writing Nonfiction. Besides studying and practicing nonfiction writing, students will be introduced to the basics of submitting writing for publication. The lunch-hour class will meet from 12-12:50 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from Jan. 19 through May 13, 2011.
